Looking out for your emotional wellness
when life is life-ing
Stacey M. Perrotta, PMHNP-BC is a New York State psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in treating women through challenges associated with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, sleep troubles, and postpartum challenges.
One thing we all know for sure:
life throws us curveballs.
Nothing can fully prepare us for the pressure life puts on us. The big changes, life transitions, relationship issues, and sudden losses naturally feel mentally destabilizing. Thereβs no shame or weakness in acknowledging that and seeking support... and the fact that you're here already shows that you have the strength it takes to navigate this.
Especially as women, we're expected to give so much of ourselves and somehow handle it all with grace. These expectations, along with lifeβs curveballs, are valid reasons to feel what youβre feeling. Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues take a toll on our daily lives and relationship to ourselves & others.
this is me, Stacey!
YOUβRE NEVER A BURDEN HERE.

Itβs okay for your wellness journey to look & feel different.
thatβs why we customize your treatment plan.
Step one:
A personalized evaluation.
Since every individualβs wellness path is unique, we start with an initial evaluation to get familiar with the context of your life, situation, and unique needs before exploring options.
STEP TWO:
Get familiar with each other.
The evaluation provides a guided safe space to assess where youβre at, get a feel for what the patient-practitioner relationship can look like, and determine the level of support needed.
STEP THREE:
Collaborate on a
treatment plan.
We'll work together to find the right treatment plan for you, be it starting or coming off medication, or both. If a different type of support is needed, I can guide you to it with a trusted referral!

MEDICATION & SUPPORTIVE THERAPY
ALL IN ONE PLACE.
Supportive therapy is integrated into every interaction, every appointment, every evaluation. When I have a greater understanding of your life, it allows me to gain deeper insights into your needs and progress, so we can more swiftly make observations, adjustments, and decisions along the way. Medication is often only a piece of the puzzle.
Rebranding the patient experience.
Letβs be honestβ weβd all seriously benefit from a more encouraging, kind, and uplifting atmosphere for healthcare. Our conventional healthcare system has normalized being productive over being personal. This can perpetuate feelings of shame, distrust, and being misunderstood about mental struggles. Around here, weβre in the business of bringing love, light, and levity to the patient care experience.
